Weekly / Monthly Rate Structure
Purpose
Weekly / Monthly Rate Structures allow you to determine a preset number of days for a Week or Month. This then means that when a partial Week or Month is entered for the booking the weekly/monthly rate will be divided by this number of chargeable days to determine the daily rate to charge for the partial period.
Accessing the Weekly / Monthly Rate Structure tab
This feature can be found under System Setup > Rate Structure > Weekly/Monthly Rate Structure.
Updating the Weekly / Monthly Rate Structure
To change the chargeable days for either Monthly or Weekly rates, simply click on either of the rate names in red text.
This will then prompt the screen below - Monthly. Simply enter in the Chargeable Days for the Monthly Rate Structure and click the Submit button to save changes.
Points to Note
You must have weekly/monthly rates setup in System Setup> Rates before these settings become relevant.
The correct Rate Type must be selected against the booking on the Booking Details Tab - note this field will only appear if Rates are setup for the Rate Type.
