Failed Payment Subscription Log

Purpose:


The Failed Payment Subscription log report checks and reports on any failed payments made with our integrated subscriptions system.

Note that this report is only relevant if you are using the Payments Subscription feature.

Accessing the Failed Payment Subscription Log:


Reports>> Other Reports>> Failed Payment Subscription Log




Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
The pickup location for the booking - select 'All Locations' or a specific location
Payment Dates From and To  
The report will display failed payments made between the From and To date

Fields:


Reservation No
 The reservation number
Name
Customer Name
Rego
Registration Number 
Amount Attempted
The amount of the failed payment
Successful
The successful status - failed payments will always have a status of 'No'
Payment Date UTC 
The date and time the payment was attempted
