Reservation Cancellation Reason
Purpose
The Reservation Cancellation reason table allows you to create the reasons for booking cancellations. Once created, these reasons can be selected and applied to a cancelled booking.
There are 2 ways to apply the cancellation reason.
1. The reservation cancellation reasons are displayed after you have cancelled the reservation on the booking module.
2. You can also cancel and select the reason for the cancellation under the Reservation Enquiry and Update. After clicking on the red "x" alongside the corresponding reservation you wish to cancel and confirming you wish to cancel the reservation, you will then be required to select the Cancellation Reason. Once selected, click Submit.
Accessing Reservation Cancellation Reasons
Reservation Cancellation Reasons can be found under the System Setup menu.

Viewing and Adding Reservation Cancellation Reasons
Any pre existing records will show on the Reservation Cancellation Reasons tab. To add a new record, click "Add Cancellation Reason".
This will open the new Cancellation Reason page where you can make a new record. Once you have filled in the mandatory field, click "Submit" to save.
