Q. Which KMs Free options are displayed for online bookings?
When you setup KMs Free options within RCM you can choose to restrict them by booking requests with the following parameters:
- Location
- Vehicle Category
- Rental Days
- Booking Date Range
- Pickup and Drop off Date Range

When an online booking request is made the following logic is used to determine which options will be displayed for the customer to choose from.
The booking request will display the records that match with the most amount of parameters. Once it finds a match, it will not match any of the records with less matching parameters.
For example, if any KMs Free options are found that are specific to a location, than any options that have been setup for All Locations will not be displayed.
In the image below the following records are displayed for the following type of booking requests:
- Any booking request for a location other than Brisbane Airport.
- Any booking request for the location of Brisbane Airport, for a vehicle category other than Economy.
- Any booking request for the location of Brisbane Airport and a vehicle category of Economy.
