Web Kms Per Day

Purpose

The Web KMS per Day function allows you to apply a charge when the vehicles go over a set number of KMS per day.
The number of 'Free KMS' per day is assigned to the vehicle at the time of the booking and is printed on the Rental Agreement.  When the vehicle is returned, the distance traveled is recorded. 
If the  Free Kms per day limit is exceeded, the additional fee is calculated and charged to the customer. 

Web Kms Per Day records can be made available on your website from the Web Kms Per Day screen by setting the Web Item option to "Yes".

Accessing Web Kms Per Day

Web Kms Per Day can be access under the Website Interface menu.
Website Interface > Web Kms Per Day


Viewing and Updating Kms Per Day Records 

To view any pre existing Kms Per Day records, click on the location drop down box, select the location or all locations and then click select to view the results. To update a record, click on either number or Daily Rate in red text.
