Q. How do I control Opening Hours and Days for Locations?
There are two ways to control whether a location is open or closed when it comes to booking requests.
- The first is to create a “Do Not Rent Day”. This means that no booking requests will be able to be made while either the pickup or drop off day matches one of the Do Not Rent Days. Please see the Do Not Rent Days article for more information about setting up Do Not Rent Days.
- The second way is to setup the opening hours for a location.
There are two places you can setup location hours, the Location Hours screen and the Web Locations screen.
The Location Hours take precedence; this means that the Web Site Location opening hours will only be used if no Location Hours have been setup.
You control whether bookings can be made outside of office hours via the Web Locations screen. There are two flags, “After Hour Booking” and “Allow Unattended Drop Off”.
