Q: How can we easily find all returned bookings that need to be closed or have an amount outstanding on them?
A: There are a number of reports that you can run to see outstanding amounts and bookings due closed.
Booking Status Report
The Booking Status Report allows you to run a report by Location, Region, Brand (if applicable) and Booking Status (Hired, Returned ..etc) over a date range by pickup or drop off dates.
Reservations Due Closed Report
The Reservations Due Closed report shows returned bookings and also allows you to see if they have an amount due. Rental Car manager does not allow you to close a booking if the balance owing is not zero. Use this report also if you want to check all returned bookings waiting to be closed and that have a balance outstanding.

Accounts Due Report
The Accounts Due Report shows all on account bookings with outstanding balances,
Accounts Due.
Agency Bookings
You may also run the Agencies Commissions report to see any bookings taken by agents with balances due,
