Chart - Sales Year to Date
Purpose:
The Sales Year to Date Chart allows you to see a bar chart representation of the Sales for the previous 12 months. It will also include the information for the 2 years previous. You are able to restrict the Sales information to both a location and a vehicle category.
This chart will allow you to see any trends that may be developing or identify any drops or increases in sales.
Accessing Chart - Sales Year to Date:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Sales Chart >> Chart - Sales Year to Date
Parameters/Filters:
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types for a specific type. |
Category | This report can be run for All Categories or a specific category. |
Previous 12 Months From | The report will run for the previous 12 months from the month chosen here. |
Brand | This report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand, if branding is setup in your RCM system. |
Source | This report can be run for All Sources or a specific booking source. |
Example:
For each month in the previous 12 months there will be 3 bars in this Sales Chart.
- One for the current year,
- One for the last year
- One for 2 years previous.
If you hover over the bar, you will see the sales amount.
