Chart - Forward Sales
Purpose:
The Chart - Forward Sales allows you to see the forward sales for a 12-month period. It will also show the forward sales for the previous year.
Accessing Chart - Forward Sales:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Sales Chart >> Chart - Forward Sales
Parameters/Filters:
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
| Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific Category Type. |
Category | This report can be run for All Categories or a specific Category. |
Month | The month that will be used as the starting point for the report. |
Type | The bars in this report can be set to encompass Daily, Weekly or Monthly sales |
Example:
Each month shown in the chart will have a bar representing both the current forward sales and the forward sales for the previous year.
Hovering over the bar will show the sales amount.
Points to Note:
- Last Year Forward Sales only contains bookings that were booked a year prior to selected month.
For example if you run this report in 2021 for the month of June, it will only include bookings for the previous year where they were created before June 2020.
