Sales Chart - Summary

Purpose:

The Sales Charts - Summary page allows you to view a summarised view of Sales information in 4 different charts. 

Accessing Sales Chart - Summary:

Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Sales Chart

There are 4 graphs shown on the Sales Chart Summary.

Daily Hireage for Current Month
For the current month, the sales for each day are represented on a bar graph. The pickup date is used to determine which day to assign the sales value to.
If you hover your mouse over a bar, you will see the amount.

Hireage Current Financial Year with Last Year
Each month for the current year is represented on a bar graph with the sales for that month.
The sales amount for the same month from the previous year are also included in this bar graph.
If you hover your mouse over a bar, you will see the amount.

Forward Booking
The forward bookings for the next six months will be represented on a bar graph.
The forward bookings for the same month from the previous year are also included in this bar graph.

Hireage By Source, current financial year
The total sales for the current financial year will be represented on a pie graph broken down by Rental Source.
