System Parameters within RCM
Overview
With Rental Car Manager (RCM), there are system parameters which enable you to control some of the functionality within RCM.
These can be found by choosing the System Parameters option under the System Setup menu.
The flags are broken into several areas of functionality, they are as follows:
- Document and Email Parameters
- Rate Parameters
- Booking Validation Parameters
- Booking Process Parameters
- Online Booking Parameters
- Miscellaneous Parameters
- Reservation Sheet Defaults
Document and Email Parameters
These parameters allow you to control how certain documents are formatted and what information is included in them.

Rate Parameters
These parameters allow you to customise the way that the rates calculation works within RCM.

These parameters allow you to customise the validation that occurs within RCM when a booking is updated.
