A: To discount a rate for bookings made online you must first create a 'Rate Discount'. See the steps outlined below.
- Click on the System Setup menu icon and then click on the Rate Discount program icon.
- Click the 'Add a Rate Discount' link and enter the rate discount details required.
- To make this discount available via your website, choose Yes on the Web Rate Discount field.
- Click on the Submit button to confirm the addition of the rate discount.
