There is a system parameter that allows you to set the default pickup and drop off times when creating new bookings. This means that if there is a certain pickup or drop off time that you select more often, then these times can be set to fill in automatically. 

To set or change the default pickup and drop off times go to System Setup >> System Parameters.

Then, under Booking Process Parameters, find the Default Pickup Hour and Default Dropoff Hours fields and use the drop down to select your desired value.

These default times will appear in the Pickup and Dropoff Time fields in all booking forms including creating unallocated and allocated reservations, quotations and maintenance bookings. These times will also appear as the default times for the date range parameter in the Quick Reservations screen. These default times are what will automatically appear whenever these pages are opened, but if you want different times for that particular booking, you can then change it to any time
