Operator Entry Report

Purpose

The Operator Entry Report displays bookings made by each operator. This report is useful for tracking an operator’s bookings and may contribute to tracking KPI’s and individual sales targets. The report includes the total rental value and any balance due.

Accessing the Report

To open the Operator Entry Report follow the steps below:
Reports > Daily Activity Reports > Operator Entry Report


Parameters 



The table below describes parameters that can be used when generating the Operator Entry Report.

Pickup Location
Can be run for ‘All Locations’ or a selected location
Region
Report can be run by Region if required
Brand
Can be selected for "All Brands" or a selected brand if required
Operator
Select ‘All Operators’ or an individual operator - eg - Knowledge Base User
Booking Date
Booking date range for the report

After selecting the parameters, click "View" to run the report.

Example

The report will show all bookings (allocated and unallocated) that have been entered by the Operator for the period. 

Fields

Res #
The booking number – click on the Red booking number to view the booking summary
Update
Click on the ‘Update’ button to open and update the booking
Category
The vehicle category associated with the booking
Vehicle
The assigned vehicle
Pickup
The pickup location for the booking
Pickup Date
The pickup date for the booking
Drop Off
The dropoff location for the booking
Drop Off Date
The dropoff date for the booking
Customer
Customer name
Company
The company the customer is associated with if applicable
Date Entered
The date the booking was entered into RCM
Entered/Converted
Name of the operator who entered the booking or converted the quote
Quote Entered
The name of the operator who created the quote (if a quote was created)
Rental Value
The total value of the booking
Balance Due
The balance owing on the booking
Source
The rental source of the booking
Agency
The agency associated with the booking if applicable

Points to Note

The report includes allocated and unallocated bookings but does not include cancelled or maintenance bookings.
The date range for the report is based on the date the booking was made, not the pickup date.
