Non-Revenue Bookings Report

Purpose

The Non-Revenue Bookings report allows you to view bookings that are marked as non-revenue.
Non-revenue bookings are bookings that do not have rates and fees applied. This is often used when a vehicle is booked for maintenance or is loaned out to a staff member.
Note that in order to display Maintenance Bookings, you must select "Maintenance Bookings" next to the booking status drop down.
Selecting "All Non-Revenue Bookings" will show all Reservation, Hired and Returned Non-Revenue bookings, but does NOT include Maintenance Bookings.


Accessing the Non-Revenue Bookings Report 

To access the Non-Revenue Bookings report follow the steps below:
Daily Activity Reports > Booking Status Report > Non-Revenue Bookings



Parameters

The table below describes the parameters that can be changed when running the Non-Revenue Bookings report. 

Pickup Location - Region
The booking pickup location or region, a region is usually made up of multiple locations
Brand
The brand a booking was created under
Booking Status
Here you can select 5 different options for the booking status
  1. All Non-Revenue Bookings
  2. Maintenance Bookings (This must be selected if you want to show maintenance bookings)
  3. Reservation Non-Revenue only
  4. Returned Non-Revenue only
  5. Hired (Includes Returned) Non-Revenue
Date Range
If any part of the booking period overlaps with the selected date range it will be included in the report
Order by
Select a field to order the report results by
  1. Pickup Date
  2. Drop Off Date
  3. Res #
  4. Category
  5. Fleet #

After selecting your parameters, click "View" to run the report.

The image below shows an example of the Non-Revenue Bookings report after the parameters and Booking Status of "Maintenance Bookings" has been selected and run.


Fields

The table below describes the fields that are included in the Non-Revenue Bookings Report.

Res.#
Booking number, click the number in red to view the booking details
Reference#
The reference number
Status
The booking status (e.g. maintenance, hired, reservation, returned etc)
Category
The vehicle category allocated to the booking
Rego
The registration number of the vehicle allocated to the booking
Fleet#
The fleet number of the vehicle allocated to the booking
Customer
The customer’s name
Company
The company that the customer belongs to
Pick Up
The pickup location and date
Drop Off
The drop off location and date
