New - RCM Lite Preview


RCM Lite is a scaled down version of Rental Car Manager optimised for use with a Mobile or Tablet.  It provides a snapshot of your working day packed with all the operational components you need to operate from anywhere at any time. 

 RCM Lite exclusively includes our all new configurable workflows that allow you to provide a structured approach to your pickup and drop-off processes.   It is easy to use and purposefully designed to run on a small screen. It also comes with the added benefits of QR codes 



This Preview version of RCM Lite allows the following functionality: 
    1. Setup a pickup and drop-off workflow for staff to follow when hiring or returning a vehicle (available in RCM lite only)
    2. View the Pickups and Drop-offs
    3. View the Booking Summary information
    4. Take Payments through a Payment Gateway if you are using the Payment Gateway integration available in RCM. You can also View the payment history and create Invoices
    5. View Vehicle Information and last/next booking information for the vehicle
    6. View Rental Agreements and if you have the E-signature function setup, allow for Electronic Signing of Agreements
    7. Viewing and Uploading of Images 
    8. Viewing and Adding Notes to a booking
    9. Emailing the Agreement or Invoice to the Customer
    10. Access to the Reservation Log
    11. Provides QR codes for Login, Bookings and Vehicles.  Note that the use of QR codes can be turned on and off via a system parameter.
