f you provide insurance hires, also known as Demurrage. The following KB article explains this new functionality in more detail, Demurrage Bookings Overview
If you provide Insurance Hires, then you may need to record additional information about your bookings. Previously, RCM did not have the extra fields on the booking form to allow for this, but now, with the changes we’ve made, you can easily record details related to Insurance Bookings. This information may include details about:
• the accident,
• your client's vehicle,
• repair information, and
• third-party information.
If you have flagged your Company inside RCM as offering Insurance Hires, then you will see a new tab on the Booking Form called Insurance (see below). You can expand out each section to add the relevant information. The following KB article describes this new tab on the Booking form,

Note that if you have the Branding functionality turned on inside your RCM system, this functionality can be turned off or on depending on the Brand on the booking itself.
