New - Agents Flex Rate Export
Note that this feature will only apply to those customers who have international agents requiring flex rates.
The New Flex Rate Export function allows you to export your Rates based on the Flex Rate requirement of some international agents.
Once the Flex Rate table has been created, you are able to create the Flex Rate Export file in the required format.
