Purpose
The Flex Rate Export function allows you to export your Rates based on the Flex Rate requirement of some international agents.
Once the Flex Rate table has been created, you are able to create the Flex Rate Export file in the required format.
Accessing the Flex Rates Export
Agent Booking Setup> Flex Rate Export
There are 3 Tabs associated with the Flex Rate Export Function.
Flex Rate Table
The Flex Rate table is the matrix that is used to determine the Flex Rate.
The applicable Flex Rate is where the 2 digits meet - eg: Flex C6 would be $75.00
Flex Rates are entered/amended manually by entering values directly into the matrix.
Clicking on the Update Flex Table will save the table.
Number of Days Hire
The Number of Days Hire tab allows you to select the Rate Structure (number of days) you wish to use from the original rates.
Flex Rate Export
The Flex Rate Export allows you to create and export the Flex Rates in CSV or Excel format.
The export file is created based on the Parameters entered.
Rate Type | Select the Rate Type for the export. This can be Retail Rates or Agent Rate type |
Location | Select All or an individual location |
Category Type | Select All or an individual Category Type |
Category | Select All or an Individual Category |
Date From - To | Select the dates for Rates to be included in the file |
Category Prefix | Enter a Category Prefix - this will append to the Category and display in the Category Loc field in the export

Free sale Code | The Free sale code to be used in the export |
Display Original Rate | Check this box to display the Original Rate in the export |
When the Export is run, the system will find the nearest rate in the Flex Table and display the corresponding 2-digit code in the Flex Rate field.
You are able to export the report in whichever format required.
