Purpose
The Membership list allows you to view or print your existing Customer records that have a membership number assigned.
A membership number is used to identify individual customers that may be a VIP, member of a promotional plan or a mailing group.
The membership number is entered when adding or updating a customer record on the Customer Maintenance screen.
Accessing the Membership List
Reservations> Customer Maintenance then click on the Membership List Tab
Select the Country, click on "View" and the list will be generated.
The list can then be printed or exported. Click
here for details on how to print or export a report from RCM.
You are able to view the history of any of the displayed customers by clicking on the "View" button in the History Column.
