Locations In and Outs Report
Purpose:
The Location Ins and Outs Report displays the number of rentals going out on hire and the number of returns by location over a selected date range.
Accessing Locations In and Outs Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Location Ins and Outs Report
Parameters/Filters:
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Brand | If the branding function has been turned on within your RCM system, this report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand. |
Date Range | The date range this report will be run for. |
Example:
The report results will be grouped by Vehicle Category.
Category | The vehicle category associate with the bookings. |
Number of Outs | The number of bookings with a pickup date that falls in the reporting period. |
Average Rental Duration | The average length of rental for the bookings going out on hire. |
Number of Ins | The number of bookings with a drop off date that falls in the reporting period. |
Average Rental Duration | The average length of rental for the bookings being returned. |
Points to Note:
- This report excludes non-revenue and maintenance bookings.
