January 2025: Agency Rate Discount
RCM now has Agency Rate Discounts. These are similar to Web Rate Discounts in the sense that they can be specified to only apply to specific locations, categories and during certain dates. However, they can be specified to only apply to specific Agency Branches.
These discounts will be given priority of the Default Discounts set against the Agents and will apply to any Agent booking they are valid for. They can be accessed and setup by going to Agency Bookings Setup >> Agent Discounts.
