Purpose
The Item Enquiry and Update page allows you to enquire on the status of your reservations/ bookings that contain tracked accessories.
Note that this enquiry will only find reservations / bookings that contain tracked accessories. If an accessory item is shown as "Hired" in the Extra Items screen under the Vehicle Maintenance Menu, this may have been manually set, rather than linked to a certain reservation.
Examples of tracked accessories are; GPS Units, Booster Seats etc.
Accessing the Item Enquiry and Update Tab
The Item Enquiry and Update tab can be found under the Reservation Enquiry and Update icon in the Reservations Menu.
Reservations > Reservation Enquiry and Update > Item Enquiry and Update
You will then need to navigate across to the Item Enquiry and Update tab after clicking on Reservation Enquiry and Update, as seen below.
On the Item Enquiry and Update page:
A. You may filter reservations by location.
B. Select the trackable item or all items. Eg - GPS Unit.
C. Filter reservations by drop off date.
D. Search by Reservation Number.
E. Filter by Item Number.
F. Apply Date Range.
G. Click "View" to generate the list.
The Booking Details page
Click the reservation number in red to display the bookings details page.
