Insurance Agent
Purpose
Rental Car Manager (RCM) allows for the recording of the details of a customer's insurance details against a booking. This is discussed more in the following article Assigning Customer's Personal Insurance to a booking.
To allow this to happen, you are able to maintain a list of Insurance Agents which you can choose from when saving the personal insurance information against a booking.
Accessing the Insurance Agent Tab
Reservations >> Customer Maintenance >> Insurance Agent
Parameters /Filters
There are no parameters or filters on this page. All of the Insurance Agents saved will be displayed.
Adding a new Insurance Agent
On the Insurance Agent Page, click "Add Insurance Agent".
On the New Insurance Agent page (see image below), enter the required information and click the Submit button once done.

Suburb | The suburb of the Insurance company |

Phone | The phone number of the Insurance company |
