Infringement Authority

Purpose

To print a statutory declaration, the infringement authorities and witnesses must be setup first.
These are required on statutory declarations and are merged into the final document.
Examples of authorities, would be Government run businesses that have the power to make decisions if laws aren't obeyed. Eg - speeding, parking infringements, toll payments. 




Accessing the Authority Tab

The Authority tab can be found under the Infringement Processing submenu in Reservations.
Reservations >  Infringement Processing > Authority 


You will need to navigate across to the "Authority" tab after clicking on "Infringement Processing".

Adding and Viewing an Authority Record 

On the Authority page, a list of previously added authority records will be displayed. To view an existing record, click on the witness name in red text. To add a new witness click "Add Authority".



On the New Authority Record page (see image below), enter the details of the new authority and click "Submit" to save.



Form Field Descriptions

Toll Road AuthorityYesSelect whether the Infringement Authority is a Toll Road Authority or not. A Toll Road Authority is an authority which deals with toll related infringements. 
Infringement AuthorityYesThe name of the Infringement Authority. 

Statutory Oath Text Name

No
The oath text name of the Infringement Authority, this will be displayed in the Statutory Declaration. 
Statutory Oath Text NoThe oath text of the Infringement Authority, this will be displayed in the Statutory Declaration document as a subtitle. 
PhoneNoThe contact number for the Infringement Authority.
Address YesThe street address of the Infringement Authority.  
CityNoThe city where the Infringement Authority is located. 
State/ ProvinceNoThe state/ province where the Infringement Authority is located. 
Post CodeNoThe postcode of the suburb where the Infringement Authority is located.
CountryNoThe country where the Infringement Authority is located.
Web SiteNoThe Infringement Authorities web site.
Display as defaultYesSelect whether the Infringement Authority will be selected by default when adding an infringement record or not. 
EmailNo The email address of the Infringement Authority.
Infringement Type
No
The type of infringement that comes from this authority.

Any notes recorded for this Authority.
