Witness List
Purpose
The Witness List page allows you to add the statutory declaration witnesses to your system.
The Witness List must be setup before you can print a statutory declaration.
When creating an infringement record within Rental Car Manager you can select a Witness, and their details will be used on the Statutory Declaration.
If a signature image is included in the witness's record it will be inserted into the Statutory Declaration as the witness's signature.

Accessing the Witness Tab
The Witness tab can be found under the Infringement Processing submenu in Reservations.
Reservations > Infringement Processing > Witness
You will need to navigate across to the "Witness" tab after clicking on "Infringement Processing".
Adding and Viewing a Witness Record
On the Witness page, a list of previously added witnesses will be displayed. To view an existing record, click on the witness name in red text. To add a new witness click "Add Witness".
On the New Witness Record page (see image below), enter the details of the new witness and click "Submit" to save.
Form Field Descriptions
Name | Required | Description |
Witness | Yes | The witness' name |
Title | No | The title of the witness, eg - Mr, Mrs |
Address | No | The physical address of the witness |
City | No | The witness' city |
State/Province | No | The witness' state |
Post Code | No | The witness' post code |
Signature Image | No | The witness' signature. This image needs to be uploaded to the Image Manager first before inserting the image name into this field |
Country | No | The witness' country |
