Q: How are After Hours and Unattended Drop off Fees Applied?


From the Web Site Locations screen you are able to set the flags “Allow After Hours” and also “Allow Unattended Drop offs”. You are also able to assign a fee to both of these situations. Please see the following  article for more information about setting these up;   Web Locations 

The following table lists both if an out-of-hours booking is allowed and if a fee is applied when the pickup time is outside of the office hours.

The following table lists both if an out-of-hours booking is allowed and which fee is applied to a booking when the drop off time is outside of the office hours.
It shows what happens for each combination of the following settings at the Web Location level:

  1. Allow After Hours booking flag set to Yes or No.
  2. Has an After Hours fee been assigned?
  3. Allow Unattended Drop offs flag set to Yes or No.
  4. Has an Unattended Drop off fee been assigned?
