Q: How are After Hours and Unattended Drop off Fees Applied?
From the Web Site Locations screen you are able to set the flags “Allow After Hours” and “Allow Unattended Drop offs”. You are also able to assign a fee to both of these situations. Please see the following article for more information about setting these up; Web Locations
The following table lists both if an out-of-hours booking is allowed and which fee is applied to a booking when the pickup or drop off time is outside of the office hours. It shows what happens for each combination of settings at the Web Location level:

Please note: When the Pickup and/or Drop Off fee is applied to the booking, it behaves like a mandatory fee. This fee will apply to all bookings made through RCM, the Web API and the Agent API, no matter whether or not the fee is Web/Agent available.
