Hired By Operator Report
Purpose:
The Hired By Operator report allows you to easily see the number of bookings that each operator has hired over a selected date range.
Accessing Hired By Operator Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Quotation Conversion Report >> Hired By Operator
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Report Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:

Report Date Range | The date range that will be applied to the report. |
Example:
Operator | The name of the operator. |
No of Booking Days | The number of rental days for the bookings this operator has hired during the reporting period |
No of Bookings Hired | The number of bookings this operator has hired during the reporting period. |
Below is an example of the detailed listing of bookings when you click on the red No of Bookings Hired value.
Res # | The reservation number of the booking. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Pickup | The pickup location of the booking. |
Pickup Date | The pickup Date of the booking. |
Drop Off | The drop off location of the booking. |
Drop Off Date | The drop off date of the booking. |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle that has been assigned to the booking. |
Booking Days | The number of rental days for this booking. |
Total Amount | The total cost of this booking. |
