Hired By Operator Report

The Hired By Operator report allows you to easily see the number of bookings that each operator has hired over a selected date range.

Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Quotation Conversion Report >> Hired By Operator

Pickup Location	This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Region	This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region.
Report Date Range Type	This report can be run for one of the following date ranges: Drop Off Date Pickup Date
Report Date Range	The date range that will be applied to the report.

Operator	The name of the operator.
No of Booking Days	The number of rental days for the bookings this operator has hired during the reporting period
No of Bookings Hired	The number of bookings this operator has hired during the reporting period.

Below is an example of the detailed listing of bookings when you click on the red No of Bookings Hired value.

Res #	The reservation number of the booking. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Pickup	The pickup location of the booking.
Pickup Date	The pickup Date of the booking.
Drop Off	The drop off location of the booking.
Drop Off Date	The drop off date of the booking.
Rego	The registration number of the vehicle that has been assigned to the booking.
Booking Days	The number of rental days for this booking.
Total Amount	The total cost of this booking.
