GPS Pages
Purpose
The GPS pages allow you to view your fleet in real time via an interactive map ( Google maps)
You are also able to easily see the status of a vehicle along with the booking information and any alerts on the status page.
The GPS pages works in with our GPS integration.
If you are currently using our GPS integration, contact support and we will simply add the menu item for the GPS pages to the Reservations menu as below at no cost.
If you do not currently use our GPS integration, our GPS provider can supply you with plug-and-play GPS devices to install into your vehicles

Accessing the GPS pages
Once Setup, the GPS pages can be accessed by Reservations>GPS Booking Map
The Vehicle Locations Map
The Vehicle Locations page allows you to view in real time the location of fleet vehicles.
Filters and Indicators
The top section of the screen provides the following filtering options .
1. Location, Category, or Current Vehicle Status
- Select All or an individual Location
- Select All or an individual Category
- Current Status can be 'All' or one of the following:
2. By Booking Status - this can be a single status or combination of Reservation (orange), Hired (purple), or Returned (green)
3. Search box - allows you to search for a particular vehicle
The left hand bar displays all the vehicles that meet the filter criteria.
There are different indicators that may display next to the vehicle registration:
1. The vehicle Status to the left -this will be purple (hired), green(returned) or orange(reservation)
2. A green car icon to the right indicates that the vehicle is currently moving
3. A GPS battery indicator - this will display when the battery is under a certain percentage
4. An Alert symbol indicates that an alert has been triggered against the vehicle
The plus sign allows you to expand the section and will display the current information for the vehicle:
Clicking on the Vehicle in the left column will highlight it on the map and display the current information
The Status Page
The status page will show information for the selected vehicle in a summarised format
- The last 24 hrs route - Displays the route on an interactive map - clicking on a point will show the details of the vehicle at that time
- Alerts - will show any alerts for the vehicle - this will include things like speeding and going outside a designated area
- Vehicle Status - gives you all the details of the vehicle
- Booking Summary - a brief view of the booking with a direct link to the reservation in RCM
