Extra Items Report

Purpose:

Extra Items are the additional items that are provided when a vehicle is hired, for example GPS units, baby seats, camping gear etc.
When the extra fee is setup within RCM you can flag it as "Item Supplied" and also assign a Trackable Item to it.
The Extra Items report displays a listing of bookings that have extra fees assigned that have been flagged as "Item Supplied" that have either pick up or drop off dates within the selected date range.

Accessing Extra Items Report:

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Extra Items Report


Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Date Range
The date range that will be applied to pick up dates.
Item Group
The Group that is assigned to items 
Item Supplied 
This report can be run for All Items or a specific Extra Item

Example:




Res #
The reservation number of the booking.
Status
The status of the booking.
Category
The vehicle category assigned to the booking.
Rego
The registration number of the vehicle assigned to the booking.
Pickup Location
The pickup location of the booking.
Pickup Date
The pickup date and time of the booking.
Dropoff Location
The drop off location of the booking.
Dropoff Date
The drop off date and time of the booking.
Customer Name
The name of the customer against the booking.
Operator Booked
The name of the operator who created the booking.
Item
The name of the Extra fee that has been setup as "Item Supplied".
Qty
The quantity of the Extra Items that were supplied.
Item Cost
The cost of the extra item on the booking.
