Purpose
The Email History Report allows you to view the information on every email sent within a set time period. This includes information on it's recipients, the booking it was sent for (if applicable), the email's subject and, the date and time it was sent. It also allows you to resend emails if follow up is needed.
Accessing Email History
Reservations >> Email History
Parameters and Filters
Date Range | Any email that was sent within this date range will display in the report. |
Status | Select whether you want to view email records with a status of
- All
- Sent
- Failed

Reservation #
| If a Reservation Number is entered in this field, every email that is linked to this reservation will display in the report.
This overrides the date range, and will return email that were sent outside of it.

Example
Reservation | The reservation number of the booking or quotation that the email is linked to, if applicable.
Clicking on this red number will open the Booking Details page for this reservation or quote.

To | The email address that the email was sent to. |
CC | The CC email address that the email was sent to. |
BCC | The BCC email address that the email was sent to. |
Subject | The subject of the email. |
Queued | The date and time that the email was queued to send. |
Sent | The date and time that the email was sent.
If the email has not been sent yet, a red X will appear here.

Created By | This is the name of the user who sent the email originally. |
View | Clicking on this button will open another window with the email's information and resending function, as shown below. |
Resending an Email
Selecting the "View" button in this report will open the window below. This window displays contains the emails specific information:
- Date Queued and Date Sent: The date and time that this occurred. If the email has been resent, this for the most recent one.
- To, CC and BCC: The email addresses of the recipients
- Subject: The subject of the email
- Attachmens: Links to any documents attached to this email.
- Message: The actual body on the email.
- Notes/History: The date and time each action was performed, and the name of the User who did it.
At the bottom of the window, there is a button called "Resend". If you click on this button, the email will be automatically resent to the same recipients. When this is done, 2 new rows will be added to the Notes/History section. The first row will record the date and time that the email was queued for resending, and the name of the user who requested it. The second row will record the date and time that the email was resent.
