Purpose
The Customer Occupation setup table allows you to create the entries that will appear for selection in the 'Occupation' drop down box in the Drivers Details area of a booking. Choosing a customer occupation during the reservation process is optional.
Accessing the Customer Occupation tab
The Customer Occupation tab can be found under the Rental Source program within the System Setup menu.
System Setup > Rental Source > Customer Occupation
Viewing and Adding Customer Occupation records
Any pre existing records will show on the Customer Occupation tab. To add a new record, click "Add Customer Occupation".
This will open the new Customer Occupation page where you can make a new record. Once you have filled in the mandatory field, click "Submit" to save.
