Customer Age Break Down Report
Purpose
The Customer Age Breakdown Report identifies the age demographic of your customers. It allows marketing campaigns to be directed based on the age of your customers.
This report includes hired and returned bookings as well as reservations that meet the selection criteria.
Accessing the Birthday Report
Reports > Other Reports > Customer Age Break Down Report
Parameters / Filters
Pickup Location or Region | Select either a location or region. All Locations will be the default setting. When generating the report, if you have selected a region, this will override the location. |
Brand | If you have set up brands previously, customers of all your brands will appear in the report, by default. You may select another brand. If you have not set up brands, you may leave the value as-is. The report will then disregard brands when run. |
Category | By default, the report is set to include all vehicle categories. Select another vehicle category to generate a report limited to customers who hired vehicles belonging to that vehicle category. |
Pickup Date | By default, pickup date range is set to the current system date. Change this to generate more results from the report, e.g. 1 year - 8th April 2020 - 8th April 2021. See example below. |
Exclude Non-Revenue | By default, all bookings with the exception of Maintenance bookings will be displayed in the report. Selecting this box will exclude all Non-Revenue Bookings from the report. |
Click
"View" to generate the report which will show in the order of youngest to oldest.

Field Descriptions
Age | The various age groups of customers who booked a reservation. |
No. of Customers | The number of customers belonging to the age group. |
% of Total | The percentage of customers belonging to the age group. |
