Company Driver and Name Search when making a Booking
Purpose
When making a reservation, you can select a driver associated with a particular Company when making a booking.
When typing in the Company Name or Account Number, the list of drivers associated with that Company will show in a drop down. See image below.
Note: to search an existing Company, click on the search button icon next to the Company field. To add a Company, click on the "+" next to the search button icon.
It is important to note that you also have the option to just select the Company without selecting an associated driver. The Company will always show at the top, with the Company + Driver beneath it.
Any information regarding that driver - email, DOB etc - will be automatically added to the booking once selected. See below.
Also note, typing in the Driver's last name will show the company they are associated with, if it is saved in their records under Customer Maintenance. See below.
