Collection & Return Point
Purpose
Collection & Return Points are commonly used to pick up customers if one of your locations are based just outside of an airport.
Generally, when a depot is located just out of the airport, a shuttle or a van service courtesy of the company will pick and drop off the customer to and from a certain point at the airport as specified in the booking confirmation. These collection & return point records when setup can also be selected in the Booking Module under the Booking Details tab.
Accessing the Collection & Return Point Tab
The Collection & Return Point tab can be found under the location submenu in the System Setup.
System Setup > Locations > Collection & Return Point
Adding and Viewing a Collection & Return Point Record
On the Collection & Return Point page, a list of your current records will be displayed if you have set any up in the past. To view an existing record, click on the Collection & Return Point name in red text. To add a new Collection & Return Point record, click "Add Collection & Return Point".
On the new Collection & Return Point page, enter in the relevant information. Click Submit to save the new record.
