Bookings Without Authorisations Report
Purpose
The Bookings Without Authorisations Report displays all the bookings that have no active authorisations. This includes bookings without any authorisations, as well as those that have an authorisation that has already been captured or voided. It allows you to filter these by the booking's status as well as the pickup date and location.
This report allows you to see which bookings may need an authorisation to be taken, which is helpful if, for example, you require a bond authorisation against all bookings before they are hired.
Accessing the Bookings Without Authorisations Report
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Bookings w/o Authorisations
Parameters and filters
Status | You can run this report to return All Bookings or just the bookings with one of the following statuses:

Pickup Date | This report will only display bookings with a Pickup Date that fall within this date range |
Location | You can set this to All Locations or a specific location. The report will only display bookings with this Pickup Location. |
Example
Reservation No | The Reservation Number of the booking Clicking on this red link will open up the Booking Details page. |
Reservation Status | The current Status of the booking |
Location | This Pickup Location of the booking |
Pickup Date | The Pickup Date and Time of the booking |
Dropoff Date | The Dropoff Date and Time of the booking |
Balance | The Balance Owing against the booking |
Customer | The full name of the Customer against the booking |
Company | The Customer Company against the booking, if applicable. |
