Airport Code
Purpose
The Airport Code tab is where you add or maintain airports within RCM. The Airport Code is used when setting up locations. See screenshot below.
Accessing the Airport Code List
System Setup > States/Provinces >Airport Code
Adding and Viewing a record
On the Airport Code screen, a list of previously added airport code records will be displayed. To view an existing record, click on the airport code in red text. To add a new airport code, Click "Add Airport Code".
On the New Airport Code screen, page, enter the airport code and name. Click "Submit" to save changes.
After clicking "Submit", you will be taken back to the main Airport Code screen, where you will see the newly added record.
Form Field Descriptions
Airport Code | The code for the airport entered, this is used when setting up locations. |
Airport Name | The name of the airport, this is the full name of the airport for the airport code entered. |
