Agent API Excluded Fees

Purpose

The Web/Agent Extra Fees tab allows you to make Extra Fees available to all Agents through the Agent API. For more information on this please see the Web / Agent Extra Fees article.
However, you may not want certain Extra Fees available to every Agent. So, the Agent API Excluded Fees page allows you to prevent certain Agents from accessing certain Extra Fees. 

Accessing Agent API Excluded Fees

Agent Bookings Setup >> Agent Extra Fees >> Agent API Excluded Fees




Viewing and Updating

This will display a table of any existing records. To update these records, click on the red Agency name. You are able to add a new record by clicking the "Add Agent API Excluded Fees" button. 


This will open the page shown below. Each record requires two bits of information:
  1. Agent: this dropdown will have a list of every agent set up in your system. Select the one you wish to exclude.
  2. API Excluded Extra Fees: this dropdown will contain a list of every Extra Fee that is marked as Agent available. Select the one you don't want this agent to have access to.
Click "Submit" to save the record.


For each record you create, the selected agent will be unable to access the selected Extra Fee. 
Please note: If there is an agent that you don't want to have access to any Extra Fee, you will have to create a record for each one.
