Purpose
Web/Agent Extra Fees allows you to setup the system to apply any existing Extra fee to a Web or Agent API/Direct booking.
When flagged, they will appear on your website for selection and will be added to the booking total when selected.
The fee can apply to the Web, the Agent API/Direct , or both.
Web/Agent Extra fees are based on the Extra Fees that have been setup in your System Setup area - once the fees are setup there, they can be accessed through the Web Extra Fees area. Please see the
Extra Fees help article for more information.

Web / Agent Extra Fees can be accessed either through the Website Interface or Agent Bookings Setup menus.
- Web Site Interface > Web Extra Fees OR
- Agent Bookings Setup > Agent Extra Fees
Viewing and Updating Web / Agent Extra Fees
To view any pre existing records, click on the location drop down box, select the location or all locations and then click select to view the results. To update a record, click on the Extra Fee in red text.
This will open the Update Web / Agent Extra Fee page. Once you have updated the record, click "SUBMIT" to save. See the Web / Agent Extra Fees Field Descriptions table below for more information.
Field | Description |
Web Item | Select whether this extra fee will be shown on your website. |
Agent API / Direct Item | Select whether this extra fee will be available for agents / Select whether the item is a Agent Direct Item or not. |
Allow QTY Entry | Select whether a quantity can be set for this extra fee (e.g. quantity of baby seats). |
Brand | Select a brand this Extra Fee applies to if applicable. |
Description | Write a description of the Web Extra Fee. |
Web Descriptions | Write web descriptions about this fee that will appear on your website. |
Display Order | Numerical field only. When set, this will order the fields on your web steps for optional extras and insurance. This will also apply to Online Checkin.
