Zero Rated Bookings Report

Zero Rated Bookings Report

Purpose:

The Zero Rated booking report will list any revenue bookings that have a $0 value for the rental revenue.
This will allow you to easily see if operators are creating bookings without charging rental rates.

Accessing Zero Rates Bookings Report:

Reports >> Monthly Financial Reports >> Receipts Audit Report >> Zero Rated Bookings





Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Booking Status
This report can be run for one of the following booking statuses:
  1. All Bookings
  2. Hired (include Returned)
  3. Reservations Only
  4. Returned Only
Pickup Date Range
The date range that will be applied to pickup dates when running this report.

Example:




Res #
The reservation number of the booking with $0 rental rates
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Status
The status of the reservation.
Pickup
The Pickup Location and date for the booking
Drop Off
The Drop Off location and date for the booking.
No. of Days
The number of days the booking encompasses.
Customer
The name of the customer that has been saved against the booking.
Source
The rental source of the booking.
Campaign Code
Any Campaign Code that has been saved against this booking.
Last Updated
The name of the operator who last updated this booking.
Updated Date
The date this booking was last updated.
