A: The Utilisation and Future Rentals Report will always be slightly different due to the different method of calculating the "days" for each.

The Future Rentals Report calculates the number of days the booking covers. i.e. - a booking from the 20th of August at 10:00am to the 22nd of August at 10:00am covers 3 days (although the charge is 2 days).

The Utilisation Report is based on the number of days the vehicle was 'actually' charged for. Using the above example, the report will show that the vehicle was 'charged' for the days of the 20th and 21st which is 2 days with no booking 'charged' for on the 22nd of August.

You will therefore find the Future Rentals Report may be slightly higher than the Utilisation Report or other reports like the Operating Control Report.
