Web Log Report

The Web Log report is a log of all bookings made from a website.  This includes your company website and any agent  websites. 

This report can be filtered down by various parameters including vehicle categories, location and the booking URL.

Accessing the Web Log Report 

The Web Log Report is found under the Web Site Interface Menu.

Parameters



The table below describes parameters that can be used when generating the Web Log Report Report.

Pickup Location
Can be run for ‘All Locations’ or a selected location
Categories
Can be run for all or a particular vehicle category
Logs
Three options on the drop down 
  1. All Logs
  2. Bookings
  3. Quotes
Brand
Select all or a particular brand
URL
Select what URL the booking was made under online
Date Parameters
Select the date range based on what you selected on the drop down box
  1. Date Entered
  2. Pickup Date
Order by 
Order the results by either 
  1. Date Entered 
  2. Pickup Date
  3. Location
  4. Category
Or
  1. Reservation # (Enter the Res # in the box)


After selecting the parameters, click "View" to run the report.

Fields

Res #
The reservation number, you can also click on the reservation number in red. This will give a summary of the booking - "Web Log"
Entered 
The date the booking was entered
Pickup
The booking pickup location
Pickup Date
The booking pickup date and time
Dropoff 
The booking drop off location
Dropoff Date
The booking dropoff date and time
Category
The vehicle category selected 
Booking Value
The value / cost of the booking
Name
The name the booking is under - eg the customer name: Peter Hickman
Email
The customer's email linked with the booking
Phone
The customer's phone number linked with the booking
Source
The source of the of the booking - eg - Agent API, Web API
URL
What URL the booking was made on

Points to note

Clicking on the Red Web Log number will give a Summary of the booking.
