Vehicle Maintenance Report
Purpose:
The Vehicle Maintenance Report displays the maintenance bookings that fall within a certain time frame. It can also be restricted to the location of the maintenance booking. It displays both vehicle and booking information including the model, registration number, maintenance status, pick up and drop off information and the name of the repairer. It allows for the tracking and update of maintenance bookings.
Accessing Vehicle Maintenance Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Vehicle Maintenance Report
Parameters/Filters:
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location. This refers to the Pickup location of the Maintenance booking. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions by leaving it as Select Region or a specific Region. This refers to the Region that the pickup location is a part of. |
Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific Category. |
Category | This report can be run for All Vehicle Categories or a specific Vehicle Category. |
Include Vehicles not Available for booking | Checking this means Vehicles that are flagged as unavailable will be included in the report. |
Date Range | Any Maintenance booking that has some part of its booking fall in this date range will be displayed in this report. |
Last Name/Repairer | This report can be run for the specific Last Name as saved against the Maintenance Booking. |
Order by | The information can be ordered by Drop off Date, Fleet#, Pick Up Date, Rego or Category |
Exclude notes | Checking this means that the notes against the booking won't be displayed |
Example:
Res# | The reservation number of the maintenance booking |
Update | Clicking on the Update button opens the Maintenance Booking form which allows you to update the booking. |
Category | The vehicle category that has been associated with the maintenance booking |
Model | The model of the vehicle on the maintenance booking |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle allocated to the maintenance booking |
Fleet# | The fleet number of the vehicle allocated to the maintenance booking |
Repairer | The last name of the repairman on the maintenance booking |
Maintenance Status | The maintenance status that has been assigned to the booking |
Pickup Location | The pick-up location of the maintenance booking |
Pickup Location Code | The code of the pick-up location on the maintenance booking |
Pickup Date Time | The pick-up date and time on the maintenance booking |
Drop Off Location | The drop-off location of the maintenance booking |
Drop Off Location Code | The code of the drop-off location on the maintenance booking |
Drop Off Date Time | The drop-off date and time of the maintenance booking |
Days off Road of the res. | The number of rental days for the maintenance booking. |
Days off Road in the report dates | The number of rental days for the maintenance booking that fall within the selected date range. |
