Update GPS KM's
Purpose
This new feature allows you to update the Vehicle kilometres that has been tracked from the GPS inside a particular vehicle.
It also states the difference in kilometres between the current loaded amount against that vehicle, compared to what the GPS has calculated.
Accessing the Update GPS KM's Tab
To locate to this screen go to: Vehicle Maintenance > Vehicle Update > Update GPS KMs
How to Update a Vehicle's KM's to the Current GPS Count
To update the Vehicle KM's with the current GPS KM's, select (tick) the box to the left of the rego number and click on the "Update Vehicle KM's" button.
You will then prompted with the message that the KM's have been updated. Click "Ok" to return to the initial screen.
You will now see that the selected vehicle's Km tally is now updated with the current GPS KM count.
NOTE that if the GPS KM's are less than the vehicles current recorded KM's, the difference will appear in red and updating this is NOT possible in this screen. To do this, you need to manually update the kilometres on the Vehicle Update page - Vehicle Maintenance>Vehicle Update.
On the Vehicle Update page click on the corresponding vehicle registration number in red to make the change.
