Token Expiry List

Purpose


The token expiry list page displays bookings where the token expiry will occur before the pickup date. This is an issue as it means customer’s credit card details will be deleted before they attempt to pick up a vehicle.

Extending token expiry

Access Reservations > Credit Card Token Expiry List



You can filter the records by location and pickup date.
To extend the Token Removal Date for a credit card click the "Vault" button for the corresponding credit card.



This will open a list of all saved credit cards relating to this booking.
Click on the 'View' button for the card you wish to extend. 





Once you have viewed the card, the expiry date will have been extended by your company’s retention time.
