Same Day Turn Around Report
Purpose:
This report provides a list of vehicles which have same day turn arounds. These occur when a vehicle has the drop off of one booking and the pickup of the next on the same day, in the same location. This report can be run for any location within a date range and provides information on the car and the relevant bookings.
Accessing Same Day Turn Around Report
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Vehicle Activity Report >> Same Day Turnaround
Then go across to the Same Day Turn Around tab.
Parameters/Filters:
Location | The location that the turnaround occurs in. This report can be run for All locations or a specific location. |
Turn Around Date Range | The date range in which the turnaround day occurred |
Example:
Category | The Category of the Vehicle assigned to the two bookings. |
Vehicle Rego | The Registration Number of the Vehicle allocated to the two bookings. |
Fleet # | The Fleet Number of the Vehicle allocated to the two bookings. |
Res # | The Reservation Number of the first booking, the booking being dropped off. Clicking on the red Reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Status | The Reservation Status of the first booking, the booking being dropped off. |
Pickup Date | The Pickup Date of the first booking, the booking being dropped off. |
| Turn Around (drop off) Location | The Location of the Turn Around. The Drop Off Location of the first booking and the Pickup Location of the second booking. |
Turn Around Date | The Date on which the Turn Around occurs. This is the Dropoff Date of the first booking and the Pickup Date of the second booking. |
Last Dropoff Time | The Dropoff time of the first booking, the booking being dropped off. |
Next Pickup Time | The Pickup time of the second booking, the booking being picked up. |
Next Res# | The Reservation Number of the second booking, the booking being picked up. Clicking on the red Reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
