Sales By Country Report

Purpose:

The Sales by Country Report displays sales figures by country over a selected date range.

Accessing Sales By Country Report:

Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Sales By Category Report >> Sales By Country




Parameters/Filters:

Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Region
This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region.
Brand
If the branding function has been turned off within your RCM system, you can run this report for All Brands or a specific brand.
Category
This report can be run for All Categories or a specific vehicle category
Country Type
This report can be run for one of the following country types:
  1. Country of Residence
  2. Licence Issued.
Reservation Type
This report can be run for one of the following reservation types:
  1. All Bookings 
  2. Hired (include Returned)
  3. Reservations Only
  4. Returned Only
Report Date Range Type
This report can be run for one of the following date types:
  1. Date Entered
  2. Drop Off Date
  3. Pickup Date
Report Date Range
This date range will be applied to the report.

Example:

The results in this report will be grouped by Country.




Country
The country associated with the booking.
If there is no country, then this field will be blank.
Clicking on the red country will open a listing of the bookings.
No Contracts
The number of bookings associated with this country for the reporting period.
No Contracts %
The percentage of bookings in this report that are associated with this country.
No Days
The total number of rental days for bookings in this report that are associated with this country.
Rental Revenue
The total rental revenue for bookings associated with this country. This is the rental rates only.
Extra Revenue
The total revenue from extra fees against bookings associated with this country.
Total Revenue
The total revenue for bookings associated with this country.
Revenue %
The percentage of revenue in this report that is associated with bookings for this country.

Res
The reservation number for the booking.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Country
The country against the booking.
Source
The rental source against the booking.
Campaign Code
The campaign code that has been assigned to the booking.
Agency
The name of the Agency that has been associated with the booking.
Reference
The reference number that has been associated with the booking.
Company
The company that has been assigned to the booking.
Customer
The name of the customer that has been assigned to the booking.
Email
The email address of the customer assigned to the booking.
Suburb
The suburb against the booking.
Pickup
The pickup location of the booking.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
Booked By
The name of the operator who created the booking.
Category
The vehicle category that has been assigned to the booking.
No Days
The number of rental days for the booking.
Rental Revenue
The rental revenue of the booking. This is only the rental rates.
Extra Revenue
The cost of any extra fees that have been assigned to the booking.
Insurance
The cost of the insurance option that has been assigned to the booking. 
Total Revenue
The total cost of the booking.

Points to Note:

  1. This report does not include Non Revenue or Maintenance bookings
  2. The Extra Revenues value does not include Recovered Expenses or Bond fees.
