Reservation Logs Report

Purpose:

The Reservation Logs Report displays the log records for a reservation over the specified date range. You can also view the record log for a specific reservation by entering the reservation number.
This can be useful for viewing what changes have been made to bookings on certain dates.

Accessing Reservation Logs Report:

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Reservation Log Report


Parameters/Filters:


Operator Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. This is the location that is associated with the operator.
Operator
This report can be run for All Operators or a specific operator.
Order By
The result for this report can by ordered by one of the following options:
  1. Reservation number
  2. Operator
  3. Pickup Date
  4. Drop Off Date
  5. Last Updated
Date Range
The date range that will be applied to this report. Any records returned will have been created within this date range.
Res #
If a value is entered here, only records for this reservation will be returned.

Example:



Res #
The reservation number of the booking related to the reservation log record.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
Operator
The name of the operator who updated the booking.
Action
The action that occurred to the booking.
Date Updated
The date and time this action occurred.
Confirmation
This field indicates if an Email Confirmation was sent to the customer at this point in time.
Rate
The rental rate against the booking at the time this reservation log record was created.
Other
This field contains information about the booking relevant to the action taken.
For example for a Returned action, the Rego# Kms In and Out and Fuel In and Out will show here.
Details
This field contains the Category and booking dates for this booking.
