Registration and Inspections Report
Purpose
The Registration and Inspections report allows you to search for any vehicles with an upcoming Registration or Inspection expiry dates. The information can then be updated directly from the report.
Registration information includes the vehicle's registration expiry date, road worthy certificate or COF expiry date, grade and mileage.
The vehicle's registration/inspection information should already have been added to Rental Car Manager from the Vehicle Update page as below. For more information about adding a vehicle record to Rental Car Manager, see Vehicle Update.

Report Parameters
Registration State | This report can be run for All States or a specific State. Only vehicles with this as the registration state will appear in the report. |
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location. Only vehicles with this as their Owning Location will display in the report. |
Category | This report can be run for All Categories or a specific Category. Only vehicles of this Category will display in the report. |

To Date | The report will include all vehicles with a Registration or Inspection that will have expired by this date. |
Include All Off Fleet | Select whether Off Fleet vehicles are included in this report. |
Utilize | Select whether Unutilized vehicles are included in this report. |
Available for booking | Select whether Unavailable vehicles are included in this report. |
Example
Make/Model | The Make and Model of the vehicle. |
Rego# | The Registration Number of the vehicle. Clicking on this red link will open the Registration Inspection Update page shown below. |
Fleet# | The Fleet Number of the vehicle. |
Year | The vehicles Year. |
| Vin | The vehicles Vin number. |
Located | The Owning Location of the Vehicle. |
Currently Located | The Current Location of the Vehicle. |
Hire Status | If there is currently a booking against this vehicle with a status of Hired, then this will display the bookings Reservation Number along with the word "Hired". Clicking red on the Reservation Number will open the Booking Details page. |
Registration Expiration Date | The Registration Expiry Date of the vehicle |
Inspection Date | The Inspection (RWC/WOF) due date for this vehicle. |
Electrical Date | The Electrical Inspection (WOF) due date for this vehicle. |
Containment Date | The Expiry date of the vehicle's Containment certificate. This field will only appear when you search for "Containment Date" or "Include All Dates." |
Road User Expiry KMs (KM left) | The number of KMs left until the vehicle reaches its Road User Expiry Kms. This field will only appear when you search for "Road User Expiry" or "Include All Dates." |
Gas Inspection Date | The due date of the vehicles next gas inspection. |
Current Milage | The current milage of the vehicle |
Date Off Fleet | The Off Fleet date recorded against the vehicle, if applicable. |
Grade | The Grade of the Vehicle. |
Notes | Any notes recorded against this vehicle. |
Once the vehicles are displayed in the report, you are able to update the vehicles registration/inspection information by clicking on the Red Rego number, as mentioned above.
Doing so will open the following Registration Inspection Update form, where you can make any needed changes to the 5 expiry dates, change the vehicles Grade, update the current KMs and add in any notes.
Once you are done, click "Submit", to save the changes.
