Referral Bookings Report

Purpose:

The Referral Bookings Reports allows you to see a listing of bookings that have a referral saved against them. You are able to see any referral commissions associated with these bookings.

Accessing Referral Bookings Report:

Reports >> Monthly Financial Reports >> Referrals Commission Report >> Referral  Bookings Report





Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Region
This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region
Brand
If the Branding function has been turned on within your RCM system, this report can be run for All Brands or a specific Brand.
Referral
This report can be run for All Referrals or a specific Referral.
Category Type
This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific category type
Report Date Range Type
This report can be run for one of the following Date Range Types:
  1. Date Entered
  2. Pickup Date
  3. Drop Off Date
Report Date Range
The date range that will be applied to the report.
Bookings/Quotations
This report can be run for one of the following options in regards to including bookings or quotations:
  1. Bookings and Quotations
  2. All Bookings
  3. Quotations


Example:




Res
The reservation number of the booking.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Status
The Status of the booking.
Reference #
The reference number that has been assigned to the booking.
Referrer
The name of the referral saved against the booking.
Referred By
The Referred By value that has been assigned to the booking.
Customer
The name of the customer assigned to the booking.
Category
The Vehicle Category that is assigned to the booking.
Pickup
The Pickup Location assigned to the booking.
Pickup Date
The Pickup Date assigned to the booking.
Drop Off Date
The Drop Off Date assigned to the booking.
Date Booked
The date the booking was created.
# of Days
The number of days of the booking.
Rental Revenue
The Rental Revenue for the booking.
Average Rate
The average rate of the booking. This is the Rental Revenue divided by the Number of Days.
Extra
The value of any extras that have been assigned ot the booking.
The extras will only appear here if the "Apply Referral Commission" flag for the extra fee has been set to Yes.
Total Booking
The Total Value of the booking.
Commission
The Commission Amount which is payable to the referral.
